Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances. For this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. And then over in Mark, when we hear Jesus talking in Mark, 11 verses 25, it says when you stand praying, if you hold anything against you, forgive them so that your father in heaven may forgive you of your sins. So we know this is also in the will of God. We're supposed to be praying continually, but when you come to pray, If you hold anything against anyone, forgive them first and then come back to the Father so that He can forgive you.
